Refund policy

All Adapt PCs are built to order. Orders cancelled within 24 hours receive a full refund. After 24 hours, orders are non-refundable as parts may have been ordered. Custom build deposits ($99) are non-refundable after 24 hours.

If your PC arrives defective or damaged we will repair or replace it at no cost. Contact us at erussum14@gmail.com within 7 days with photos.

Warranty coverage:
- Adapt Entry & Core: 6-month warranty on parts and labor
- Adapt Pro & Elite: 1-year warranty on parts and labor
- Custom builds: Warranty discussed at time of purchase

Warranty covers hardware defects under normal use. Does not cover physical damage, water damage, or user modifications.
